Party with her Peeps

Brooklyn had a great day. It started off with Mom and Dad taking her to school and stopping by Bashas because she wanted to share donuts with her class to celebrate. She said that kids at school kept telling her Happy Birthday all day long. I also picked the kids up and took them to piano (a day without riding the bus is rare). After piano, it was back home for a long distance birthday shout out.

Then it was off to Red Robin for her birthday dinner. What kind of birthday dinner would it be without best friends and family?

"Happy, Happy Birthday!"

Brooklyn had quite the haul of fun gifts. Besides the shopping trip she received skates, a few Little Pet Shop sets, shoes, jeans, makeup, sunglasses, earrings, a kickball, candy and her own set of pens. Phew! Oh, to be 7!

What a fun day!! And how special to have Dad there to drop her off as well!
Thank you for having Katelynn join your family. She had a great time!
And a HUGE thanks for picking the kids up. Rich has my car getting new brake pads, oil change, and tire rotation. Hopefully we'll be good for a while now :o)
No pressure, but get a sitter for tomorrow. 5pm :o)
